Zach Capaldo - Fleet management/excavation
- Zach has been with Innovative for multiple years now, starting out part-time and being friends with James for 10+ years. His skill sets as an incredible mechanic and fabricator became highly desirable in 2021 when Innovative‘s fleet continued to grow year after year. In 2022, Zach joined our team to ensure maintenance and repairs became a top priority so that we could continue to deliver on our customers’ expectations without setbacks. When Zach is not working, you can find him working on one of many of his own personal projects. Over the years, Zach has built countless numbers of different types of trucks and cars. Both lowered and lifted with out-of-this-world custom suspension systems. His talent and abilities are unmatched to most. He also enjoys hiking and traveling with his wife and dogs! We are happy to have Zach as a part of our team, He plays a vital role in the logistics and maintenance of our entire fleet!
