Sarah serves as the Content Creator and Digital Media Specialist at Innovative, helping showcase the company’s projects, people, and expertise through engaging visual storytelling. From capturing crews and equipment in action to producing photography, social media content, and episodes of the Worksite Wisdom podcast, she plays an important role in sharing the craftsmanship and dedication behind Innovative’s work.

Sarah earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Digital Media and Design with a concentration in film production from the University of Connecticut. She is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Journalism and Media Innovation from Emerson College. Her background in filmmaking and journalism allows her to approach every project with curiosity, creativity, and close attention to detail.

Whether she is operating a camera on a job site, editing behind the scenes, or developing a new story idea, Sarah is passionate about creating authentic content that highlights the knowledge, personality, and hard work of the Innovative team.

Outside of work, Sarah enjoys visiting local coffee shops, training as a competitive powerlifter, taking ballet classes, and exploring old, historic libraries where she can study. She also loves spending her weekends with her two sisters and their dogs, Koda and Atlas. We are excited to have Sarah as part of the Innovative family and appreciate the creativity, enthusiasm, and fresh perspective she brings to the team.
