Marcos has been a valued member of the Innovative team since 2023.

Throughout his time with the company, he has demonstrated a strong work ethic, reliability, and a willingness to contribute wherever needed. Today, Marcos plays an important role in both the Landscape Maintenance and Enhancement divisions, helping ensure our properties and projects are completed to the high standards our clients expect.

In addition to his regular responsibilities, Marcos often lends his skills to the Project team, where his attention to detail and commitment to quality make him a valuable asset. His versatility and team-first attitude allow him to seamlessly support multiple areas of the business.

Outside of work, Marcos enjoys spending time with his family and taking advantage of the outdoors whenever he can. His positive attitude, dedication, and dependability make him an important part of the Innovative family.

We are very happy to have Marcos on our team and look forward to his continued success and growth with the company.
