Jesse Jenner serves as the Construction Team Lead Foreman at Innovative. With years of construction experience, a disciplined work ethic, and a commitment to excellence, he plays a key role in the success of our construction division. As an Army veteran, Jesse believes in accountability, integrity, and always following through on his commitments. His dedication to quality work and attention to detail have made him a key leader within our construction division.

Jesse’s steady leadership and hands-on approach help ensure projects are completed efficiently and to the high standards our clients expect. He takes pride in doing things the right way and consistently delivering results that exceed expectations.

Outside of work, Jesse is a devoted husband and father who enjoys spending time with his family. He takes great pride in supporting his son’s involvement in FFA and agricultural activities while assisting with coaching their baseball teams and cheering him on every step of the way. His passion for mentorship, teamwork, and personal growth extends far beyond the job site and into his family and community.
