Jack Farrell joined the Innovative Lawn & Landscape team in the spring of 2025, bringing with him a solid background in landscaping, construction, and various other facets of the green industry. His strong work ethic, combined with deep expertise in masonry and hardscape installation, has made him an invaluable part of our landscape construction division.

In his current role, Jack is hands-on in executing our landscape construction projects from start to finish, ensuring each one meets the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship. His attention to detail and dedication to excellence consistently elevate the work we deliver.

Outside of work, Jack enjoys boating, fishing, and spending time on the water with friends. Remarkably, he commutes over an hour each day to be part of the Innovative team— a true testament to his passion for the industry and commitment to our shared mission.
