Crystal joined Innovative in late 2023 and quickly became an integral part of the company’s continued growth and success. As the organization expanded, she played a key role in streamlining operations and providing the administrative support necessary to maintain efficiency and drive productivity. Prior to Crystal’s arrival, many of these responsibilities were managed directly by James, making her contributions invaluable to the company’s ongoing development.

In her role, Crystal oversees a wide range of day-to-day administrative and operational functions, including client relations, accounts payable and receivable, data management, sales support, and other critical business processes.
