Blaine is a valued member of our Landscape Construction and Excavation Team, helping bring outdoor projects to life for clients throughout the region. From site preparation and grading to excavation, drainage work, and landscape installations, Blaine plays an important role in ensuring projects are completed efficiently, safely, and with a strong attention to quality. His willingness to help wherever needed and commitment to supporting his crew make him a dependable asset on every job site.

Originally from Norfolk, Connecticut, Blaine developed a strong work ethic and hands-on equipment experience through years of working on local farms. His background has given him practical knowledge of operating machinery, working outdoors conditions, and understanding the value of teamwork. Known for his positive attitude and reliability, Blaine works closely with fellow team members to keep projects moving forward while maintaining the high standards clients expect from Innovative.

Outside of work, Blaine continues to help on the farm, where he remains connected to the agricultural roots that shaped his work ethic and mechanical abilities. He also enjoys spending time around trucks and heavy equipment, interests that reflect his passion for hands-on work and the industry he is building his career in.
