Austin Spring - Head of landscape/winter maintenance operations
- Austin started with Innovative in early 2020. James and Austin have a relationship that dates back to the early 2000s growing up in grade school together and continuing through until the end of high school. Austin stayed in the landscape industry, just like James with his father, owning his own company. Austin has been fortunate enough to work at some of the most profound places in Connecticut performing landscape maintenance for private prep schools and different estates throughout Litchfield County. Austin has attention to detail and dedication like nobody we have ever seen before. The position that he holds requires a standard so high to avoid conflict and callbacks. He has great customer relations with all of our clients who know him by first name and even send Christmas cards and gifts during the holidays for him and his crews. We are so fortunate to have somebody as dedicated as Austin to the mission of our company. When Austin is not working, he is being an excellent role model for his daughter and wife as to what it takes to be successful. He enjoys all of his farm animals and spending lots of time with his family!
