Austin Spring serves as the Head of Landscape & Winter Maintenance Operations at Innovative, overseeing the delivery of high-quality landscape maintenance and snow management services for our clients. His leadership, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence help ensure that every property we service meets the highest standards year-round.

Austin joined Innovative in early 2020, but his connection with company founder James dates back much further. The two first met while growing up together in grade school and remained friends throughout high school. Austin developed his passion for the landscaping industry while working alongside his father, building a strong foundation of knowledge, work ethic, and dedication that continues to guide him today.

Throughout his career, Austin has had the opportunity to work at some of Connecticut’s most prestigious properties, including private preparatory schools and distinguished estates throughout Litchfield County. These experiences helped shape his exceptional eye for detail, strong work ethic, and unwavering commitment to delivering outstanding results.

In his role, Austin maintains an incredibly high standard of quality and professionalism. His commitment to getting the job done right the first time helps minimize issues, prevent callbacks, and ensure client satisfaction.

He has built strong relationships with many of our clients, who know him by name and regularly express their appreciation for the service he and his crews provide.

Outside of work, Austin enjoys spending time with his family, especially outdoors and at the beach. Whether he is building sandcastles, fishing, swimming, or simply enjoying quality time together, family is at the center of everything he does. Each year, they look forward to family trips to New Hampshire and South Carolina, creating lasting memories and enjoying new adventures together.

Austin takes great pride in being a positive role model for his family, demonstrating the hard work, dedication, and perseverance required to achieve success. He values making the most of his time with the people who matter most and embraces every opportunity to create meaningful experiences with them.
