- Adam joined Innovative in early 2024, switching from multiple years of performing masonry work to helping our division of construction grow. His understanding of hardscapes and masonry work complements our landscape installation side of the business very well. Adam is a quick learner and very dedicated to doing the best job. When Adam is not working, he enjoys hiking and enjoying time with his friends and family!
